Cancellation Policy

Please make cancellations 24 hours in advance
to avoid being charged 50% of the session rate.
No shows will be charged the full rate.
Emergencies are an exception.


Gift Certificates

  Are good for 12 months.

Gift certificates may not be divided down.
i.e. a 60 minute gift certificate may not be used for 2 ~ 30 minute massages.  

Please refrain from wearing cologne or perfume
on the day of your massage.

If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian
sign a consent form before receiving a massage.
Privacy Policy

Heaven on Earth Massage Therapy LLC respects the privacy of all individuals. Information is only collected for those who are receiving therapy or purchasing a service.

Medical information is only shared - for the purpose of coordinating care - when a consent formed is signed by the client.

Personal information is never shared.
